This Notice explains how ANECIX LTD ("we", "us" or "the Company") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on pyrohub.net (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, available at Privacy Policy page. By continuing to use the Site, you accept our use of cookies as described below, subject to whatever preferences you set through our consent management tool.

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

(a) A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. It lets the site recognise you on later visits, remember your preferences, and gather usage information.

(b) A first-party cookie is set by the Site itself; a third-party cookie is placed by an external service we use, such as an analytics or payment provider.

(c) A session cookie is temporary and is deleted automatically when you close your browser.

(d) A persistent cookie stays on your device until it expires or you delete it yourself.

(e) Some cookies exist to help us meet obligations imposed by our payment partners, card networks and financial regulators, particularly around fraud prevention and AML/KYC requirements.

2. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

Functional

These cookies remember your personal settings, such as language and display preferences, so your experience stays consistent across visits. They are only activated with your consent.

Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential to how the Site works and cannot be switched off. They manage your session, authenticate your Steam login, support secure payments, and underpin our AML and KYC compliance obligations.

Marketing and Advertising

We do not currently run any marketing cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this Notice and ask for your explicit consent before deploying them.

Analytics and Performance

We use Google Analytics to gather anonymised, aggregated data about how people use the Site, which helps us improve it. No individual visitor is identified through this data, and these cookies only run with your consent.

4. YOUR CONSENT CHOICES

(a) Strictly necessary cookies are always active and cannot be disabled, since they support core security, session management, and payment-compliance functions.

(b) On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept all non-essential cookies, set your preferences by category, or decline optional cookies altogether.

(c) You can change or withdraw your non-essential cookie preferences at any time, either through the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer or via your own browser settings.

(d) Withdrawing consent does not undo any processing that already took place lawfully, and it does not switch off cookies that we are required to run by law or contract.

5. MANAGING COOKIES IN YOUR BROWSER

(a) To stop Google Analytics collecting data about your visits, install the opt-out add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

(b) Every major browser lets you view, restrict, block or delete cookies; check your browser's own documentation for the exact steps.

(c) Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop core parts of the Site working properly, including checkout and order processing.

6. LEGAL BASIS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our use of cookies is governed by the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interests; every other category relies on, and requires, your explicit consent. Google Analytics acts as our data processor under a UK GDPR-compliant agreement, and IP addresses are anonymised before they are transmitted. Google LLC, which operates Google Analytics, may process data outside the UK/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses; see policies.google.com/privacy for further detail.

7. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE AND CONTACT
