These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") form the binding agreement between you and ANECIX LTD ("we", "us" or "the Company"), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17436879 with its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA, and govern every purchase made through pyrohub.net (the "Site"). Placing an order means you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time; whichever version is in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY TO BUY FROM US

By placing an order, you (the "Customer") confirm and warrant that you

(a) have reached the age of 18;

(b) do not appear on any international sanctions list, including those maintained by the UN, the EU, US OFAC or UK OFSI;

(c) are not located in, resident in, or connecting from any of the territories listed in Section 2 (Restricted Territories) below;

(d) are transacting in your own name, and not as an agent or representative of any sanctioned or restricted party; and

3. ABOUT OUR SERVICE

(a) The Company is the merchant of record for every transaction on the Site. We do not onboard third-party sellers, and no peer-to-peer trading takes place here.

(b) All items are sourced from a single authorised supplier through a live API connection, and delivered to you through Steam's official trade-offer system.

(c) We do not create, develop, or claim ownership of any digital item sold through the Site. All intellectual property in game assets remains with its respective rights holder.

4. PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Pricing

The price shown at the time you submit an order is fixed for that transaction; later price changes do not affect an order you have already placed. We may change prices, or correct pricing errors, at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects an order you have already confirmed, we will offer you either the corrected price or a full refund.

Accepted Currencies

You can check out in any of the following currencies

(a) Australian Dollar - AUD

(b) Canadian Dollar - CAD

(c) Swiss Franc - CHF

(d) Danish Krone - DKK

(e) Euro - EUR

(f) Hungarian Forint - HUF

(g) Polish Zloty - PLN

(h) US Dollar - USD

Which currencies are available to you depends on your location and Site settings. Refunds are always issued in the currency used for the original payment.

5. PAYMENT

(a) All payments are processed by our authorised, PCI DSS-certified payment provider. The Company does not hold or have access to raw cardholder data at any stage of a transaction.

(b) Accepted payment methods are debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as shown at checkout.

(c) Card payments are subject to 3D Secure (3DS) authentication where the applicable card scheme or payment method requires it. A failed 3DS check may result in the transaction being declined.

(d) We do not process an order until payment has been confirmed in full. A failed or declined payment results in immediate cancellation of that order.

(e) A transaction flagged as elevated risk may be held pending additional verification; we will notify you if this happens to your order.

6. DELIVERY OF ITEMS

Timeframe

Delivery is completed within a maximum of 14 days of payment confirmation. We email you as soon as your item is ready to collect on Steam.

Method

Items are delivered through Steam's official trade-offer system. Once your payment is confirmed, we source the item from our authorised supplier and send a trade offer from the Site's Steam account to your registered Steam account.

Cost

Delivery is free of charge on every order.

Confirmation

Delivery is treated as complete once you accept the Steam trade offer; this is logged automatically with a timestamp and trade reference ID.

Your Obligations

Your Steam account must be active and able to receive trade offers at the time of purchase. We are not liable for a delivery failure caused by a trade hold, privacy setting, or any other restriction on your own account.

Non-Delivery

If delivery is still unconfirmed 14 days after payment through no fault of your own, you may raise a dispute and will be eligible for a full refund once we have investigated.

7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND NON-DELIVERY

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order before delivery if the item is unavailable, a compliance concern arises, or you turn out not to be eligible to buy from us. A full refund is issued in every such case.

Non-Payment

If your payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled immediately. Suspected chargeback abuse or fraudulent non-payment may lead to your account being suspended.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel an order only before the trade offer has been sent; once it has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you want to cancel before dispatch, contact info@pyrohub.net straight away.

Non-Delivery

Where we fail to deliver within 14 days for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund. Our liability in this situation is capped at the value of the undelivered order.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the original currency; how long this takes depends on your card issuer. No refund is payable once delivery has been confirmed through an accepted Steam trade offer, except where the item you received materially differs from its description.

8. CONDUCT WE DO NOT ALLOW

The following is strictly forbidden on the Site

(a) submitting false or misleading information during a purchase or verification process;

(b) paying with stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments;

(c) using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tool to get around geographic restrictions or compliance controls;

(d) trying to exploit a pricing error, technical vulnerability, or flaw in our order systems;

(e) raising a chargeback in bad faith after an item has already been confirmed delivered; or

(f) any activity that breaches applicable law, international sanctions, or Valve Corporation's Steam terms.

9. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

(a) For every transaction, we keep admin panel records, the transaction invoice, and the delivery confirmation email that told you your item was ready on Steam.

(b) If you have a problem with an order, contact info@pyrohub.net first so we can try to resolve it directly.

(c) Where a chargeback is raised after delivery has been confirmed, we will contest it using the evidence available to us. Abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent closure of your account and a referral to the relevant authorities.

10. STEAM AND VALVE COMPLIANCE

The Site operates in full compliance with Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable trading policies. Every transfer of items takes place through Steam's official trade-offer system, and we do not help anyone get around Steam's own restrictions.

11. LIABILITY, GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT

Limitation of Liability

(a) We accept no liability for delays caused by Steam outages, changes to Valve's policies, or disruption at our payment processor.

(b) Our total liability for any single claim is capped at the value of the order that gave rise to it.

(c) We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost revenue or lost data.

(d) Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms continue in full force.
